土曜日にピアノの発表会がありました。この発表会にはもう何回も出ていますが、他の習い事でこれから忙しくなりそうだから、今回が最後のピアノの発表会でした。僕はみんなとアンサンブルで弾きました。アンサンブルのメンバーは、僕と妹とお母さんといとこです。僕とお母さんはピアノで妹はダンスを踊りました。いとこも踊りました。とても楽しかったです。
I had a piano recital on Saturday. I have performed in this same recital many times before, but as I will probably be very busy with other extracurricular activities from now on, this will probably be the last time.
I played with others in an ensemble. Our ensemble was made up of me, my sister, mom and my cousin. Mom and I played the piano and my sister danced. My cousin danced as well. It was lots of fun.

Extracurricular activities are very important in Japan. By far most children do at least one, but usually 2 or 3 of them on top of their studies. Music is a popular one, as are sports such as swimming and soccer, but more traditional things such as Japanese calligraphy are common as well.
