Present【プレゼント】

私わたしの誕生日たんじょうびに、ねこがプレゼントを買かいに行いきたいと言いうので、お店みせに行いきました。

すると、プレゼントを選えらぶ前まえに、自分じぶんの欲ほしいぬいぐるみを見みつけてしまって、ねこはもうそれしか頭あたまにありません。ママへのプレゼントも選えらばず、どのぬいぐるみにしようか迷まよっています。

そこでねこは考かんがえました。

ねこ:「お母かあさんに誕生日たんじょうびプレゼント買かうからさ、お返かえしにこのぬいぐるみ買かってくれない？」

それではお母かあさんの誕生日たんじょうびプレゼントにならないからと、結局けっきょくパパがぬいぐるみを買かいました。

ねこは私わたしにヘアゴムを買かってくれて、ねこはパパからぬいぐるみを買かってもらいました。いつも交渉こうしょう上手じょうずなねこです。

Neko said she wanted to go buy me a present for my birthday, so we went to the store.

Upon entering the store, and before choosing a present, Neko found stuffed toys she wanted and no longer had eyes for anything else. She wondered which stuffed toy to get without sparing a thought on what to get mom.

Then, Neko thought for a moment.

Neko: “Mom, I’m going to get you a present, so why don’t you get me this stuffed toy in exchange?”

Well, that way mom doesn’t really get a present in the end, so dad intervened and bought the stuffed toy for Neko.

Neko got me a new hair-tie, and got a stuffed toy herself from dad. She is always an amazing negotiator.
