鳴子なるこ温泉おんせんのお土産みやげとして作つくられた、鳴子なるここけしという首くびがなるこけしがあります。

石巻港いしのまきこうや気仙沼港けせんぬまこうなど有名ゆうめいな港みなとがあります。

サメ類るいの漁獲量ぎょかくりょう日本一にほんいちです。

オオハクチョウの生息せいそくが日本一にほんいちです。

Sendai city is the most lively city in Miyagi prefecture. Sendai has a so-called Tanabata festival in August.

There are kokeshi dolls, made as a souvenir for Naruko hot springs, called Naruko kokeshi, its neck makes a sound when you turns its head.

There are famous harbors called Ishininomaki Harbor and Kesennuma Harbor.

Miyagi is known for having the biggest shark fishing industry in all of Japan.

Miyagi also has the greatest number of whooper swans in Japan.
