Ten’s Birthday【てんの誕生日】

てんちゃんが11歳さいの誕生日たんじょうびを迎むかえました。
犬用いぬようのケーキを買かってきてお祝いわいしました。

Ten turned 11 today.
I bought her a doggy birthday cake and we celebrated.

ちなみに去年きょねんはこんなケーキでした。

ハッピーバースデーの歌うたを歌うたうとおいしいものが貰もらえると覚おぼえているので、普段ふだんでもハッピーバースデーの歌うたを歌うたうと、何なにか貰もらえると思おもって膝ひざに乗のってきます。

She has remembered that whenever she hears the happy birthday song she gets something tasty, so even on other days, if we sing the happy birthday song, she will jump on my knee, thinking there is a treat coming.

ミロが来きてから初はじめてのてんの誕生日たんじょうびで、ミロも興味津々きょうみしんしんで寄よって来きましたが、ミロにはまだ早はやいかな⁉︎ケーキはてん一人ひとりで食たべました。

This was Ten’s first birthday since we got Milo, and Milo came up to the cake too, looking very interested, but I figured it’s still a bit early for him, so Ten ate her cake by herself.
