Saitama Prefecture【埼玉県】

埼玉県さいたまけんは面積めんせきは39位いですが、人口じんこうは５位いで、けっこう都会とかいな県けんです。東京都とうきょうととの間あいだにたくさん鉄道てつどうが結むすばれていて、都心としんへ通勤つうきん、通学つうがくで通かよう人ひとも多おおいです。

雛人形ひなにんぎょうが日本一にほんいちです。他ほかにもビスケットやこいのぼりの生産量せいさんりょうが日本一にほんいちです。５ご月がつ３日みっかには全長ぜんちょう100mのこいのぼりが空そらを泳およぎます。

他ほかには甘あまくて濃こい狭山茶さやまちゃや、深谷市ふかやしではネギが有名ゆうめいです。

Saitama prefecture is the 39th largest prefecture in size, but it has the 5th largest population, which makes Saitama quite an urban prefecture. There are many trains between Saitama and Tokyo and many people use them to travel to the city for work or school.

Saitama is known for producing Hina dolls, biscuits and carp streamers. Every year on the 3rd of May, a carp streamer with a total length of 100 meters can be seen swimming in the sky.

Saitama is also known for its sweet and strong so-called Sayama-cha tea and the city of Fukaya is famous for its leeks.
