風船ふうせん屋やさん

風船が5個こありました。
ねこはそれを膨ふくらませて、お店みせをやることにしました。
ねこ：「１個１００円えん、５個１０００円だよー！」
私わたしは彼女かのじょに「まとめて買かったら安やすくならないとおかしいよ。」と言いったら、
ねこ：「１個５００円、５個１００円だよー！」
そういう意味いみじゃないのに(笑)
ねことやるおままごとは本当ほんとうにおもしろいです。

Balloon shop

There were 5 balloons.
Neko blew them up and decided to open up a shop.
Neko: “1 balloon is 100 yen, 5 balloons is 1000 yen!”
I told her that she should reconsider; it should be cheaper to buy in bulk.
Neko took my advice to heart, and said
Neko: “1 balloon is 500 yen, 5 balloons is 100 yen!”
That wasn’t really what I meant…
Roleplaying with Neko is hilarious.

REMARKS

おままごと literally means “to play house”, but the meaning in Japanese is a bit wider and also covers shop-roleplay etc.
