石川県いしかわけんの県庁けんちょうは金沢市かなざわしで、金箔きんぱくの生産せいさん額がくが日本一にほんいちです。

五色ごしょくの絵えの具ぐで色付いろづけした色鮮いろあざやかな九谷焼くたにやきという陶器とうきが有名ゆうめいです。他ほかにも、木きの器うつわに何度なんども漆うるしを重かさねて、金箔きんぱくなどで飾かざった輪島塗わじまぬりという器うつわも有名ゆうめいです。

兼六園けんろくえんという庭園ていえんが名所めいしょで、日本にほん三名園さんめいえんの一ひとつです。

能登のと半島はんとうでは漁業ぎょぎょうもさかんです。
